Exercise Routines to Do in Your Room

Going to the gym has always seemed like such a daunting task to me. Below are 4 exercise routines that can be done in the comfort of your own home! They are somewhat difficult and if you cannot complete them try to do ½ at a time. Remember to do 5 minutes of cardio before to warm-up and if you have time and are wiling, jog for 30 minutes after to blow those calories away.

 

Ideas for warm-up:

Jumping Jacks

Mountain Climbers

Jog in place

*REPEAT EACH ROUTINE AS MANY TIMES AS YOU PHYSICALLY CAN*

Routine #1:

50 pop squats

50 bicycle crunches

50 high knees

2 min ideals

50 sec plank

50 jump squats

50 donkey kicks

50 bicep curls

2 min lean

 

Routine #2

20 pushups

30 sec jump squats

50 atl lunges

30 sec jump squats

2 min lean

50 tuck jumps

50 mountain climbers

30 sec jump squats

 

Routine #3

1 min high knees

1 min jump lunges

1 min ideals

1 min mountain climbers

1 min couch pushups

1 min lean

1 min squat and press

I min dinkey kicks

1 min ideals

1 min bridge

 

Routine #4

50 scissor kicks

50 tuck jumps

50 donkey kicks

50 mountain climbers

50 jabs

50 plank jacks

50 speed skaters

50 calf raises
