Smoothie Please :)

I LOVE SMOOTHIES! They are such a fun way to get the healthy stuff in your body and you can pack so many great ingredients into a smoothie. A typical recipe for a smoothie is.. well, there is no right or wrong way to do it. Of course, you don’t want to make the mistake of adding artificial sugar or ice cream scoops to your supposed healthy treat, but you can get a little jazzy.

So, try it out! Take a few fruits and veggies and a little OJ, water or almond milk and blend them together for an awesome treat. You can also add protein powder and call it a meal! Below is a screenshot I took of greenblender.com. They have great options that can be filtered by their benefit which I thought was pretty cool.

My Recipe I love:

Kale

Cucumber (1 mini)

Wheat grass powder (I scoop)

Flaxseed (1 Tbs)

Frozen Cherries

Frozen Pineapples

Walnuts

Green Tea (As the Base)
